Eso es lo aparentemente va a caracterizar las elecciones de este año en Estados Unidos, y es lo que todo el mundo comenta y pregunta… ¿Quién es el menos peor?
That is what apparently is going to characterize the elections this year in the United States, and it's what everyone says and asks ... Who is the least worst?

Ahora que ya estamos en la recta final, con las elecciones presidenciales a unos pocos dias, muchos aseveran que Hillary era su mejor opción y que los dos candidatos principales*, Obama y McCain, son solo opciones de decidir cual es mejor entre los peores.
Now that we are in the final straight, with the presidential election in a few days, many assert that Hillary was their best option, and that the two main candidates *, Obama and McCain, are options to decide which is best among the worst.

Y las campañas electorales? McCain contra Obama, Obama contra McCain, pero no se basa en las cualidades o planes de desarrollo de cada uno sino en todo lo negativo del opositor, lo que parece que de ambos lados son bastantes! Claro, cada uno de los candidatos también tiene fuertes seguidores que los apoyan 100% creyendo en sus promesas electorales.
And the election campaigns? McCain against Obama, Obama against McCain, but is not based on the qualities or development plans, is about all the negative aspects of the opponent, which seems that both sides are enough! Sure, each candidate also has strong supporters who support them 100% believing in its election promises.

Esperemos que gane quien gane sea por el bien común y que sus promesas no queden en simples palabras, como hacen usualmente los políticos.
Hopefully, no matter who wins we expect that is for the common good and their promises will not remain mere words, as politicians usually do.

Por otro lado, lo que si han dado los candidatos es material para los humoristas y caricaturistas... . On the other hand, what the candidates really have given is material for comedians and cartoonists...

Hace unos días un grupo de blogueros en Miami (y dos guaros que estaban de visita) nos reunimos, gracias a la invitación de la Tati, y disfrutamos una noche de hamburguesas y RockBand en su casa!
A few days ago, a group of bloggers in Miami (and two from Barquisimeto, Venezuela) we met at Tati´s house, where we enjoyed a night of burgers and Rock Band!
